Tullyally Community Centre Manager
Job description
Responsible for financial and staff management, strategic planning, project development and operation of Tullyally Community Centre. Working closely with the Advisory Committee to ensure the delivery of objectives and the development of services
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the design, delivery and adherence to all policies and procedures, including those relating to Health & Safety and Human Resources.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective management and co-ordination of Projects and supporting services, including those relating to HR, Finance, IT and administration.
- Oversee the work carried out by each Project, ensuring the delivery against a set of defined objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate service provision, in conjunction with other staff members.
- Oversee and manage projects such as new fundraising initiatives, where required.
- Ensure transparent, timely and effective financial management and reporting.
- Be an effective Ambassador for the Tullyally area.
- To support the Committee in ensuring effective governance.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A proven track record of at-least 2 year’s paid experience of working within community development at a senior level. OR A third level qualification and / or recognised professional qualification in a relevant field alongside a proven track record.
- Experience of strategic and operational planning, implementation and review.
- Experience of working with or reporting to a Management Committee.
- Experience of managing a finance function for reporting purposes.
- Experience of fundraising.
