Cornerstone Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing bakery in Belfast. Preparing and baking a variety of traybakes and other bakery products. Ensuring all products are produced to a consistently high standard. Following recipes and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

• Following recipes and maintaining quality control
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Keeping the bakery clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the wider bakery team to meet daily production targets

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience working as a Baker is essential
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Able to demonstrate a passion for baking and producing quality products
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
