Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Professional Cookery/Food Production & Cooking.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial catering.
• Managed and developed a team of more than 3 within contract catering.
• Sound knowledge of and able to manage all HSE requirements for the role.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in managing rosters & hours efficiently.
