Job description

We are looking for a Bartender to join our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering great drinks and great service, from expertly made cocktails to beers, wines and soft drinks. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Follow recipes, presentation standards and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Support the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our drinks menu and products.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.
