Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Bartender to join our bar team and learn the skills needed to become a confident bartender. Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in drinks preparation, customer service and day-to-day bar operations. No previous experience is required, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn bartending skills and drinks preparation from our experienced bar team.
• Assist with preparing and serving drinks during service.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked.
• Support with glassware, bar equipment and general bar duties.
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
• Learn our drinks menu and develop knowledge of cocktails, spirits and other beverages.
• Follow food, drink, health and safety standards.
• Work as part of the wider team to deliver a smooth service.
