Job description

We are looking for friendly, confident and attentive Waiters & Waitresses to join our front of house team. You’ll be responsible for providing warm, professional table service, helping customers choose from our menus and ensuring every part of their experience is well looked after. You’ll work as part of a busy team where personality, efficiency and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and attentive table service.
• Guide customers through our food and drinks menus.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage your section throughout service.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and to a high standard.
• Check in with customers and respond to their needs.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organised service areas.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar and wider front of house team.
• Help ensure every customer has a positive experience.
