Job description

We are looking for a Trainee Chef to join our kitchen team and start their culinary career. Working alongside our experienced chefs, you’ll learn essential kitchen skills including food preparation, knife skills and section work.

Responsibilities

• Learn essential kitchen skills including knife skills, food preparation and section work.
• Assist chefs with food preparation during service.
• Support with stock rotation and storage.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow food safety, health and safety procedures.
• Help keep kitchen stations clean, organised and well stocked.
• Support the kitchen team during busy services.
• Work alongside experienced chefs and develop your culinary skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
