Job description

The role will involve working on a one-to-one basis with participants to assess individual needs, identify and address barriers, and provide tailored, person-centred support to enable progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, wraparound support, coordinate appropriate interventions and work collaboratively with internal teams, employers and external partners to assist participants to secure, remain and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good standard of education to include Maths and English at a grade C or equivalent.
• Highly competent in using ICT with excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills

• Be able to display an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children, young people and adults.
