A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Kilrea area is seeking Production Operatives to join their CNC department on a night shift basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a precision engineering environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Remove completed components from CNC machines following the cutting process
• Ensure all parts are accurately separated and meet required quality standards
• Carry out basic finishing and post-production tasks as required
• Prepare materials and components for subsequent stages of production
• Provide support to machine operators and the wider production team
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis
• Physically capable and comfortable working in a hands-on role
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essential

The Role: £14.93 per hour Monday to Wednesday: 8.30pm - 7.30am / Thursday: 7.30pm - 6.30am 4-night working week / 3 day weekend Immediate start Potential to become permanent
