A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Maghera / Upperlands area is seeking Paint Line Operatives to join their busy production team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a busy manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a busy paint line and production team.
• Load and unload components onto the paint line.
• Prepare components and materials for the painting process.
• Carry out visual quality checks on finished products.
• Ensure components meet required quality standards.
• Assist with general production duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a hands-on role.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essential.
• Previous paint line or similar experience would be advantageous.
