Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards.
• Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Carry out clinical observations and report any concerns appropriately.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
• Support residents with personal care needs, including dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility assistance where required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Current NMC Registration.
• 6 months post-registration experience in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload priorities.
• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
• Competent record-keeping and care planning skills.
• Enhanced Access NI check (required)
