Job description

The Housing Benefit Assessment Officer will be responsible for the processing and assessment of Housing Benefit claims and the provision of advice relating to Housing Benefit claims.

Responsibilities

• Assess Housing Benefit applications as directed by the Team Leader.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A Levels or equivalent level qualification (Level 3) and can demonstrate 1 years’ relevant experience.
• 5 GCSEs or equivalent level qualification (Level 2) etc.
