Job description

As our Twilight Manager, you will manage and lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring we are delivering the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, whilst ensuring our store remains safe and legal for our customers and colleagues. As part of the leadership team, you'll work a rolling rota and 5 shifts over 7 including weekend working between 14.00 and midnight.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Strong customer service focus.
