NWCare Northern Ireland - DO NOT offer sponsorship We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants/Community Care Workers across Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.

• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in H & SC.
• Previous paid caring experience
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate We offer our staff Excellent hourly rate. Mileage paid. Annual leave on a pro rata basis. NISCC - Post registration training learning. On-line learning. Training academies throughout Northern Ireland. Practical paid training. CPD approved certificate for training. QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications. Internal career progression. Paid shadowing. Mentoring arrangements. Uniforms supplied. Any or all of these rotas may be worked. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
