• Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment.
• Planning personnel deployments and optimising work processes for improved efficiency.
• Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges.
• Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level.
• Organising and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements.
• Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming.
