Climate Minds NI is a partnership between Live Here Love Here and Inspire Wellbeing that explores the relationship between climate action, mental wellbeing and community resilience. Duration of post: 36 months

Responsibilities

• Design, co-ordinate and deliver mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions in the community in line with the organisation’s goals.
• Create and deliver engaging and, where possible, co-design accessible materials and presentations.
• Manage the collation and reporting of agreed evaluation and monitoring data for group sessions and contribute to the analysis of trends and insights to inform projects and applications.
• Maintain specialist knowledge in areas of expertise including topics relating to mental health and wellbeing in order to produce current, validated delivery content.
• Develop strong relationships with communities, referral agencies and the wider public to promote the work of Inspire and help maximise participation and group sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A third level qualification or equivalent in a related field. Or: A minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of training regarding mental health and wellbeing to a wide range of audiences within a community and/or health setting.
• Demonstrable experience in the design of training materials and presentations using a co-designed approach.
• Experience of working within an evaluation and outcome framework.
• Demonstrable experience of working in partnership and fostering relationships through networking with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong administrative, written and presentational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.
• To be flexible as the role may involve working at various locations.
• Possess a full current driving license and access to a car when required.
