Providing person centred care to elderly people in their own homes, supporting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Supporting vulnerable adults with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, meal preparation and administer medication.
• Following care plans & keeping clear records,
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence at the comfort of their home.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be a driver with UK full driving licence and access to car.

Desirable Skills

• Good communication skills.
