Job description

Working as part of a large team caring for and stimulating children aged between 3 months and 11 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children both indoors and outdoors
• Feeding and changing the children
• Communicating with parents, managers and other staff
• Providing stimulating activities
• Carrying out observations and implementing planning

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• GCSE pass in Maths and English or equivalent

Desirable Skills

• Childcare qualification i.e. CCLD level 2 or above
