Job description

Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Supervisor to take responsibility for the site supervision of minor multi-trade building works, and small project works, including pre and post inspections, to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers.

Responsibilities

• Choice Services will initially focus on the provision of response repair services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Demonstrable high level knowledge and experience managing Engineers and sub-contractors.
• Demonstrable high level technical knowledge of maintenance works in a social housing environment.
