Brooke House Health & Well-Being Centre delivers the Victims Support Programme (VSP) 2026-2028, funded by the Victims and Survivors Service, providing health, wellbeing and social-support services for victims and survivors of the Troubles/conflict. This role provides combined administrative support across our Complementary Therapy service and our Social Support & Befriending programme - a varied, client-facing role at the heart of the programme's day-to-day running.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and booking of Complementary Therapy appointments
- Liaise with the therapy team and support MYMOP outcome recording
- Provide administrative support to the Social Support & Befriending programme, including volunteer records
- Support accurate data entry across CORENET, MYMOP and CASPIO (VSS Portal)
- Provide general administrative support to the VSS Project Co-ordinator and wider team

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent demonstrable administrative experience
- Experience of coordinating appointments, diaries or bookings and maintaining accurate electronic records
- Experience of providing administrative support across different workstreams or services
- Ability to organise work, manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy
- Effective written, verbal and telephone communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitively with service users
- Competence in Microsoft 365 and experience of using databases, scheduling or case-management systems (training provided on CORENET, MYMOP and CASPIO)
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, with an understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a small team, including liaising professionally with colleagues, volunteers, service users and external partners

Desirable Skills
- Experience in a victims and survivors, health and wellbeing, care or voluntary/community setting
- Experience of administering clinical, therapy or appointment-based services
- Experience supporting volunteers, befriending or community-based programmes
- Experience of outcome monitoring or funder reporting systems

Location: Brooke House Health & Well-Being Centre, County Fermanagh Salary: £31,022 per annum FTE (NJC Scale 5, point 17) Reports to: VSS Project Co-ordinator Contract: This post is funded and costed at 22.5 hours per week; it is a part-time post. This is a funded, fixed-term post to 31 March 2028. Any continuation beyond this date will be subject to future funding and organisational requirements and cannot be guaranteed.
