Brooke House Health & Well-Being Centre delivers the Victims Support Programme (VSP) 2026-2028, funded by the Victims and Survivors Service, providing health, wellbeing and social-support services for victims and survivors of the Troubles/conflict. This is a non-clinical co-ordination role. We're looking for someone to provide operational co-ordination of this programme, with particular responsibility for developing our Social Support and Befriending service, and day-to-day co-ordination of our Complementary Therapy provision.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate day-to-day delivery of the VSS-funded programme
- Lead development of the Social Support & Befriending programme, including volunteer co-ordination
- Provide day-to-day co-ordination to designated programme staff, volunteers and the Complementary Therapy service
- Monitor programme budget and expenditure alongside the Finance Team

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A relevant qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience, in programme or project co-ordination, health and social care, community development, business/management or a related field
- Experience of co-ordinating staff, volunteers, partners or multidisciplinary programme or service delivery
- Experience of working appropriately with individuals who have complex, sensitive or support needs
- Experience of working appropriately with individuals who have complex, sensitive or support needs
- Experience of maintaining accurate programme records and evidence, collating information and producing clear reports for accountability or audit purposes
- Good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries, including recognising and escalating risk concerns appropriately
- Effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills, including building relationships and facilitating meetings
- Good numerical and IT skills, including budget or expenditure monitoring, Microsoft 365 and databases or record-management systems (training provided on CORENET, MYMOP and CASPIO)

Desirable Skills
- Experience within the victims and survivors sector, or knowledge of VSS and the Victims Support Programme
- Experience of developing or co-ordinating befriending, social-support or volunteer programmes
- Experience of managing or monitoring externally or grant-funded programmes, including funder reporting, audit or procurement requirements
- Relevant safeguarding training and/or experience applying safeguarding procedures in services supporting vulnerable adults

Location: Brooke House Health & Well-Being Centre, County Fermanagh, with travel to partner locations Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time preferred Applications from candidates seeking a four-day working arrangement will also be considered, subject to operational requirements.
