Job description

Collect and deliver raw material / finished goods to meat plants and various locations in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland in a reliable courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily raw collection sheet, daily vehicle safety inspection sheet and required vehicle cleaning records
• Keep all documentation in a presentable manner and return signed to office as required
• Forklift driving as well as loading and unloading of lorries
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland and Ireland road network

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full and current UK Driving Licence with HGV Class 1 Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of driving artic lorries
• Valid CPC Card

Desirable Skills

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Further Information

Hours of work are 45 hours per week Monday to Friday with variable start and finish times on a four week rotating pattern.
