Job description
Processing bets and assisting with customer queries Our shop hours are Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota basis.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.
- Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintaining high shop standards.
- Customer service.
- Cash Handling.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full UK clean driving licence.
- Flexible - as our business operates 7 days a week.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or previous experience with cash handling.
Desirable Skills
- Demonstrable IT skills.
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above.
