We are looking for a Transport Front Line Manager with proven management experience within the FMCG sector, preferably within the Food sector based in Belfast. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of drivers and transport coordinators to ensure the safe delivery and/or collection of all goods to/from our customers and in accordance with all legal and company requirements

• Ability to build good working relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.
• A strong customer focus, always willing to go the extra mile to deliver a good service.
• An analytical thinker, capable of making effective decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Lead by example with the "Safety First" message.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 years’ experience managing teams within a transport, logistics, distribution, or operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance and health & safety requirements.
• Good leadership skills with a confident, open and honest style of communicating.

Desirable Skills

• CPC qualification or knowledge of Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution environment.
