Job description

We are recruiting for full time Property Maintenance Staff to join us in Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Minor Leak detection and repair.
• Being able to cut into a ceiling to repair a leak, etc then make good by boarding and skimming.
• Minor electrics such as like for like replacements.
• Adjusting/planing doors. Repairing door hinges, locks, latches and barrels.
• Painting.
• Great knowledge and understanding of tools.
• The ability to work on their own and as a team to ensure a high level finish to reduce repeat calls.
• The ability to match/source replacement parts.
• The use of Silicone to ensure a waterproof barrier and good finish.
• Replacing taps.
• Hanging doors.
• Tiling.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A proven track record in property maintenance.
