As a result of continued success and growth we are recruiting Joiners for our team. Working on social housing projects, you will be required to carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, and install doors, frames, locks, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other fixtures as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate job records and comply with health and safety requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• You will have a relevant trade qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Up to date relevant industry knowledge, including Health and Safety legislation.
• A current and valid Full & Clean driving license.
