To assist in the safe, hygienic and efficient operation of the Food Hubs and to support the delivery of wider hospitality requests within the College.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene or Food Preparation or be willing to complete this within 6 weeks of employment.
• Providing personal and specific examples, at least 3 months relevant employment experience working in a catering environment e.g. Café, Coffee Shop or Kitchen, with duties including cleaning, cooking or till operation

Desirable Skills

• Demonstrate personal and specific examples of previous work in this field.
• Employment experience of food preparation or cooking

Further Information

The College is recruiting for a Kitchen Attendant/Till Operator for maternity cover post for 16 hours per week, term time, at our Strand Road Campus until May 2027. The working pattern for this post is likely to be Monday to Thursday 10.15am to 2.30pm.
