Job description

The post holder may be responsible for both a particular section of work within the finance Directorate and the management of staff within that section, where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial information is processed in accordance with procedures, in order to provide information for statutory returns, through completion of own work & through the coordination of the work of others.
• Prepare & complete statutory/NHS accounts & returns, ensuring that work is completed in line with financial timescales and legal requirements, interpreting these where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• BTEC Higher National Diploma (Business).
• Institute of Accounting Technicians qualification.nance related degree.
• A finance related degree
