Job description

The post holder will assist in the regional implementation of Microsoft 365, specifically in the deployment, training and support of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. The post holder will assist in the installation, development and deployment of new ICT software and ICT initiatives within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. The post holder will work with the ICT Product Development Lead, ICT Operations, Network and Security and Data Centre Teams to implement Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other new ICT software across various teams within the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of a Trust-wide Information Technology strategy and on the development and implementation of associated annual ICT work programmes.
• Provide support and advice to staff on Microsoft 365 services with particular emphasis on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have an ICT related university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 1 year in an ICT training / support role OR
• Have an ICT professional qualification in an ICT related discipline and have worked for at least 2 years at Band 4 or above in an ICT training / support role OR
• Have worked for at least 4 years at Band 4 or above in an ICT training / support role
