Provide the highest possible standard of care and support to Service Users by actively promoting and implementing recovery by using a strengths based person centred approach. About the Role: A typical week might involve: One-to-one keyworking and support planning Facilitating groups and activities Supporting tenants with budgeting, appointments, and daily living skills Transporting and accompanying tenants to appointments and community activities Advocating with healthcare professionals, housing providers, and other agencies Supporting health and safety checks across the service Maintaining accurate records and reports Managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism Why Work at Filor Court? Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trusting and professional relationship with service users and act in a supportive & empathetic manner towards them.
• Contribute to & help maintain a harmonious and therapeutic environment.
• Support service users to manage their mental health, physical health and wellbeing through the development, implementation and monitoring of individual wellbeing and safety management plans.
• Actively encourage the involvement of service users in all aspects of decision making, be sensitive and seek solutions to difficulties encountered by them
• Implement and adhere to Inspire Wellbeing’s journey procedures, involving service users at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• To be flexible and work such hours as required by the post in order to meet the needs of the service.
• Be educated to QCF/NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in a related subject e.g. Care and 6 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting. OR A minimum of 12 months paid experience supporting people within a heal
• A full current driving licence and access to a car. Business insurance will be a requirement of this post. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
• Have proven experience of motivating, supporting and mentoring Service Users.
• Experience of maintaining service user and agency records.
• Working knowledge of using IT systems.

Shifts will include early shifts, late shifts, night shifts, weekend and/or night cover as required to meet the needs of the scheme.
