Job description

As a result of continued success and business growth, we are recruiting experienced Plumbers to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services across social housing properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
• Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders, and associated fixtures.
• Identify and report any additional works required.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience within reactive maintenance, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
• The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working within social housing would be preferable.
