Starbucks are looking for a friendly and dedicated Apprentice Barista who can provide outstanding customer service to join our welcoming Starbucks store whilst completing a L2 Food & Beverage Service Apprenticeship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as a strong knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee varieties. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as restocking supplies and ensuring that all equipment is in working order.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer specifications.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Some customer service experience always comes in handy, although it is not essential, as we will support you with great training.
