Job description

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Server / Barista to join the team at Bow Bells, Donaghadee. This is a part-time position, with weekend availability essential. The successful candidate should be confident working in a busy café environment and delivering friendly, efficient customer service. Salary dependent on age and experience level.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to our customers.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Prepare and serve barista-style coffees and other beverages.
• Handle payments and operate the till.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain a clean and welcoming café.
• Assist with opening, closing and general daily duties.
• Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Work well independently and as part of the wider Bow Bells team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous café, hospitality or serving experience.
• Barista experience and is confident preparing coffees.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills

• Weekend availability.
