Job description

The post holder will assist in the operation, maintenance and updating the Fixed Asset Management System and verification of fixed assets for BSO and Client organisations. The post holder will also assist in the delivery of an effective and efficient capital accounting service.

Responsibilities

Assist in operating, maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Management System in accordance with DoH guidance and ensure that all transactions are appropriately recorded and reconciled to the General Ledger,....

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

GCSE Mathematics and English Grades A C Or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy Or higher qualification and 2 A Levels equivalent Or higher qualification and 18 months relevant finance experience Or,
3 years relevant finance experience.
Experience in the use of computers in a financial environment.
Ability to communicate effectively to meet the needs of the post in full.
An ability to work on own initiative and with others in a team.
Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport,
