As we get ready to open our new Café Storm location in Sion Mills, we’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our team. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of Café Storm, ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, creating a positive working environment with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives a consistently warm and welcoming Café Storm experience.
• Maintain high standards across the café, including presentation, cleanliness, food quality, coffee service and customer-facing areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service throughout the day.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships, monitoring stock levels and helping to minimise waste.
• Monitor sales, labour and operating costs, helping the business achieve its commercial targets while maintaining quality.
• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures are consistently followed.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues quickly and positively.
• Support menu launches, promotions, events and seasonal offerings and help drive sales within the café.
• Report regularly to senior management on staffing, performance, sales, operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
