Our client, Moores Concrete in Broughshane, are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join their growing Production team. The role involves producing precast concrete products in line with Company standards, daily production targets, quality requirements, and health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• To comply with the SHEQ Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management system.
• To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach.
• To operate as part of the team to achieve the adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc.
• To participate in any training as agreed per the plan.
• To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress.
• To complete all daily required production records e.g., Timesheets.
• To achieve an acceptable level of housekeeping.
• To participate in continued improvement and problem-solving initiative.
• Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
• Flexibility in working hours and strong adaptability skills.
• Communication and experience performing as part of a team.
• Willing to clean and maintain work area.
• Fluent in English to follow Health & Safety guidelines.

Desirable Skills

• Previous production / manufacturing experience desirable but not essential

This Production Operative position is based in Broughshane, Northern Ireland. Work Time: Monday to Friday, 05:00am to 2:00pm or 06:00am to 3:00pm.
