  • Manage kanban cards, empty bins, and returnable packaging through the replenishment loop
  • Monitor consumption against expected demand and flag abnormal usage or potential shortages
  • Maintain the integrity of two-bin and other kanban loops, ensuring signals are actioned promptly to prevent line stoppage
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet JIT delivery windows and collection schedules
  • Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and documentation for each dispatch
  • Load outbound vehicles safely and in line with delivery routing
  • Coordinate with transport and the customer to meet agreed delivery times

  • Support periodic stock-takes and reconciliation
  • Operate materials handling equipment (counterbalance and/or reach forklift, powered pallet truck) safely and within licence
