Job description

To assist the Procurement Manager in the provision of a value for money purchasing service to HSCNI customers in line with HSCNI regulations and ISO 9001 procedures ensuring Service Level Agreement and PaLS Service Delivery Plan objectives are achieved. This role is principally concerned with a sourcing / contracting role for HSCNI.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reviewing and sourcing goods and services in line with value for money principles.
• Providing general procurement advice to customers.
• Responding to queries from suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A primary degree AND at least two years’ relevant experience within the past ten years OR A relevant Professional Qualification, such as full membership of CIPS or CILT AND at least two years’ relevant experience within the past ten years.
• (cont) OR Four (4) years’ relevant experience within the past ten years.
