We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our growing maintenance team. Your work will be across social housing properties in the Belfast area.

Responsibilities

• You will carry out a range of electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and inspection work, always ensuring the highest standard of workmanship and customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 18th edition, AM2 & 2391 qualification.
• You will have experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments.
• The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
