Tamlaght Equestrian Care is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Retail Assistant. The role is varied and combines e-commerce, social media, digital content and retail. The successful applicant will help manage and maintain our online shop, photograph and list products, create engaging social media content and provide cover within our retail shop when required. Training will be provided where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the website and Shopify shop.
• Add products and stock.
• Create content.
• Promote offers.
• Provide retail cover.
• Support customers.
• Process sales.
• Organise stock and assist with administration.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Digital and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service.
• Creating basic online content.

Desirable Skills

• Shopify, website, social media, photography, Canva, retail, stock management or digital marketing experience, plus knowledge of or interest in the equestrian industry.
