Self-Employed Sales Agent - Leading Jewellery Brands. JVA Group Ltd /The Showroom by JVA. Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. Hungry for sales? Confident cold calling and opening new doors? We would love to hear from you. We are looking for a motivated, self-employed sales agent to help us win new retail accounts for leading jewellery brands. Jewellery experience is not essential. We are more interested in your enthusiasm, initiative and determination to secure new business. If you enjoy meeting people, confidently approaching potential customers and following through to close a sale, this could be a great opportunity. Flexible territory: We welcome applicants interested in covering all or some counties in Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland. The territory will be agreed to suit your location, availability and existing commitments, with scope to expand as the business develops. We welcome applicants from any sales background, as well as established agents seeking complementary brands to add to their portfolio. This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity with no basic salary. Brands, territory, commission, samples will be discussed and agreed before appointment. Responsibilities

• What you will do:
• Identify potential stockists, including jewellers, boutiques, gift shops and independent retailers.
• Make cold calls by telephone and visit prospective customers in person.
• Arrange appointments, present collections and secure opening orders.
• Follow up enquiries and build lasting customer relationships.
• Encourage repeat business from the accounts you open.
• Manage your own diary and maintain clear records of prospects and orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• What we are looking for:
• Must be able to achieve targets, demonstrate sales ability and a motivation to earn commission.
• Confidence approaching new customers without waiting for leads.
• Follow-up skills.
• Organisational skills.
• A full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within your agreed territory.
