We are committed to high standards of customer service, care, and professionalism. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse assistant to join our team at our Headquarters in Bangor. Based in our warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage and distribution processes, contributing to our company's mission of excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operate counter balance forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Assist with loading and unloading consignments.
• Preparing consignments for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment (including vehicles)
• Support the warehouse manager in all aspects of their role.
• Organising vehicles and crew as required.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
• Valid counter balance forklift licence is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience essential.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse management systems.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage and control a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
