We are currently seeking to recruit an individual who is passionate about bartending, product knowledge & delivering to high standards to exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities

  • Welcoming all guests to the bar.
  • With training, have full and complete knowledge of all beverage and wine menus enabling you to assist with any guest queries.
  • Mixing and serving up all hot and cold beverages in the bar during service ensuring all beverages are delivered on time.
  • Using the bar till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.
  • Ensuring all areas of the bar is clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
  • Carrying out daily duties as allocated by the Bar Manager including changing kegs and maintaining drink stores.
  • Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
  • Observing all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety and Regulations.
  • Attending any training that has been set up to aid your personal development including cocktail, wine, and coffee training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Knowledgeable about bartending.
  • Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
  • Communication skills and be able to multitask.
  • Delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous cocktail-making experience.
  • Barista experience.
  • Have at least 1-year of previous experience working behind a bar.
