As a Store Manager you will be accountable for your stores performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrate the BHF value.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Commercial awareness.
• An understanding of budgets and P&L.
