Job description

We require a Team Leader with previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and put-away activities to ensure dispatch timescales are met.
• Arrange staff rotas/cover to create a proactive environment with efficient product work flow.
• Manage, motivate and inspire a small team to work effectively under pressure.
• Work flexible shift patterns and working hours.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Team Leader experience.

Desirable Skills

• Previous supervisory experience preferably in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
• Previous experience using hand-held terminals/scanners.
• Computer literacy/keyboard skills.

Further Information

Night Shift - 5:30pm to 6:00am To coincide with 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off plus ovetime as and when required.
