Responsibilities

• Present and cook food to a high standard in a quick and professional manner, deal with suppliers and put in kitchen orders and ensure that food hygiene records and standards are implimented at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least one year chef experience in a busy kitchen environment.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge and experience of designing menus to suit customer needs.
