MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting an experienced Joiner for an established maintenance and construction team based in Castledawson. You will carry out first and second fix joinery, repairs and refurbishment across occupied and void properties throughout Mid Ulster. Work includes installing and repairing doors, windows, skirting, flooring and kitchens, completing maintenance tasks and maintaining accurate job records. This temporary to permanent opportunity offers consistent, long term work, Monday to Friday hours and overtime opportunities. A company van and fuel card are provided, alongside weekly pay, holiday allowance and ongoing support from our Ballymena team.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix joinery
• Installing and repairing doors, windows, flooring and kitchens
• Property maintenance and refurbishment
• Working safely and keeping sites tidy
• Communicating with tenants
• Completing job records

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Joinery or carpentry experience
• Strong first and second fix skills
• Property maintenance or refurbishment experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Problem solving and attention to detail
• Professional approach when working within occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills

• Valid CSR Card
