We are recruiting Plumbers to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services across social housing properties.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
- Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders, and associated fixtures.
- Identify and report any additional works required.
- Complete job reports and paperwork accurately using handheld devices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Deliver customer service, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience within reactive maintenance, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
- The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Communication and customer service skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within social housing would be preferable.
