Job description

We are recruiting Tilers to join our growing response maintenance team. You will carry out a variety of tiling work within occupied and void social housing properties in the Derry/Londonderry area, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Wall and floor tiling repairs.
• Replacement of damaged tiles and re-grouting works.
• Bathroom and kitchen refurbishment work.
• Preparing surfaces prior to tiling.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous approach when working in tenants' homes.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a tiler within domestic properties.
• Working independently and managing your workload effectively.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
