Cinders Shoe Heaven announce that we are opening a brand-new concession based in Dunnes Stores Foyleside. We are looking for a Manager to lead our team, sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect footwear options to suit their needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, styles, and current promotions to inform customer recommendations.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience managing in retail sales or customer service is essential.
• Familiarity with IT systems used for sales transactions and stock management is required.

Desirable Skills

• Organisational skills and time management to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Further Information

Location: Cinders, Dunnes Stores, Foyleside Shopping Centre. Work Time: The ideal candidate must be fully flexible to cover a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, late nights and weekends. Minimum contract 35 hours. Starts week commencing the 9th November 2026.
